This tape was provided to me (Rick Copeland) for transciption by Mr.
Kirk McKusick. The tape is 9 track magnetic media recorded at 6250 bpi.
The following markings where observed on the physical reel:

	Back of tape:
	4.3 RENO	6250 VAX
	30 JUL 90	Distribution Master

	Front of tape:
        4.3BSD-RENO Vax UNIX System 7/1/90
	7 files on tape
	1 bootstrap FS, bs=1024
	2 mini root, bs=10240
	3 root dump, bs=10240
	4 /usr
	5 /usr/src
	6 /usr/src/sys
	7 /usr/src/contrib

	Last 4 are tar, 6250bpi bs=20480

The above is just as I found it on the reel however below is what I
found recorded on the actual tape. The only change is in the block
size of the first file which is clearly 512 bytes/block.

 contents are as follows:

1. bootstrap bs=512 records=292	149504 bytes
2. miniroot bs=10240	records=205	2099200 bytes
3. rootfs bs=10240 records=320	32768000 bytes
4. /usr bs=20480	records=2135	43724800 bytes
5. /usr/src bs=20480	records=3427	70184960 bytes
6. /usr/src/sys bs=20480	records=838	17172240 bytes
7. /usr/src/contrib bs=20480 records=738	15114240 bytes

File 3 (rootfs) is a dump of the root file system, files 4,5,6 and 7 are
tar archives.
